A number of snowmen have been assembled near Denver International Airport holding up fun signs. They appear to be hitchhiking to Copper Mountain. Read more at 9NEWS.com.
The signs point to FreeYourMountain.com, a marketing site for Copper with some fun videos and information about the mountain. Clever marketing gimmick? Yeah, I’d give Copper an A for effort with this one. The website could’ve been done a bit better though. Effective? Meh, I don’t think someone driving near DIA is really going to make a snow-related decision.
