I can see how the headband may fit uncomfortable on some, and better on on others, but I think that can be a minor adjustment that can easily be fixed by the maker. Maybe just a different elastic. I personally love my i360 it fits my head perfect. I listen to my i pod all the time and am very familiar with the controls, all it takes is practice...Last I don't mind that others hear my music, cause I'm not afraid to show what I like.
