My name is Devin Reams and I founded this site to provide a useful news and review resource for Colorado skiers and snowboarders (and mountain enthusiasts).

I graduated from the University of Colorado in May 2007 and help manage a web design and development firm in Denver.

I've been skiing since I was a little kid (we moved out here when I was five years old) and I plan to ski for years beyond that. Although cosnow is not my full-time job it is my full-time winter hobby. I've been an "Epic Local" passholder since 2006 (when it was called a "Colorado Pass" or "Five Mountain Pass"). My favorite resorts are Beaver Creek and Breckenridge.

If you'd like to learn more about me please check out my personal web site or follow me on Twitter.

  1. Skied at Copper Mountain on January 5, 2017

Lucky for us all the new year continued to bring new snow everywhere, including Copper Mountain. We drove up Thursday morning from Denver and with a few overnight inches, the entire drive up I-70 was slow and steady. It turned out that both Berthoud Pass and Loveland pass were closed so everyone had the pleasure…

  2. Skied at Winter Park on January 1, 2017

Happy New Year! We had a beautiful blue-sky Sunday at Winter Park and it felt like we had it all to ourselves. We started the New Year’s morning leaving Denver around 6:45 AM and saw no snow on the road nor traffic in front of us. The drive was smooth and we were up and…

  3. Skied at Arapahoe Basin on March 20, 2016

It had been a long time since we’d skied at A-Basin. So we woke up bright and early, left by 7 AM, and by 8 we were turning up the windy highway (US 6). We snagged an awesome nearly front-row (right next to the beach) parking spot and I headed to the to the 6th…

  4. Skied at Breck on March 5, 2016

It had been quite a while since we went skiing. Nearly two full months, actually. And I feel like we completely missed out on the winter season here in Colorado. We visited Breck on Saturday and it was a beautiful, warm, sunny, spring day? The first weekend in March? Not good. Maybe I was just…

  5. Skied at Vail on January 8, 2016

Our first day back on the hill this season was one of the biggest around: Vail! Rachel had never been to Vail and since we were in town for a conference, we made the most of a quiet Friday on the mountain. After a leisurely walk along the creek, we started at the Cascade Hotel’s…

  6. Skied at Breckenridge on December 20, 2015

After an awesome day exploring Peak 6 and skiing off the Kensho SuperChair we decided to check out Peak 7 and 8. Luckily we were greeted with snow flurries mid-day and after a few runs it was coming down hard. We had an inch or two underfoot in no time and enjoyed the soft, fluffy…

  7. Skied at Breckenridge on December 19, 2015

Even though Peak 6 is not new to Breck, it was new to us. We haven’t had a chance to visit and check it out ourselves until now. And we had a great time. We started a late, sunny, blue-bird morning heading up the gondola from Main Street and jumped off at Peak 7. From…
