We had a great Saturday at Breckenridge. The T-Bar had only been open for a few days so we took the opportunity to milk it as much as possible. As expected, the snow was crusty at the top and we found all kinds of rocks and goodies. But… once you get down to the trees […]

My name is Devin Reams and I founded this site to provide a useful news and review resource for Colorado skiers and snowboarders (and mountain enthusiasts).
I've been skiing since I was a little kid (we moved out here when I was five years old) and I plan to ski for years beyond that. Although cosnow is not my full-time job it is my full-time winter hobby. I've been an "Epic Local" passholder since 2006 (when it was called a "Colorado Pass" or "Five Mountain Pass"). My favorite resorts are Beaver Creek and Breckenridge.

Joel is a good meteorologist. The last forecast I followed called for the bulk of the snow to fall at 2:00 PM and, well, it was spot on. So, I’m hoping the track record continues this weekend and we see 12 inches fall along the I-70 corridor. Fingers crossed.
Our thoughts and condolences to Sarah Burke’s family and friends.
All the recent snow means Vail has opened up some of Sun Up Bowl and China Bowl today. Portions of Blue Sky Basin open tomorrow. It’s going to be a good weekend!
Lots of new snow since yesterday! Double digit highlights: Vail, Aspen, Buttermilk, Crested Butte, Steamboat, Wolf Creek.
The snow is still coming down all over (the hills). Check back tomorrow for numbers…
No new snow but looking like a nice weekend. Who is heading up this morning?
Yesterday’s storm left a light dusting across the resorts with anywhere from 1-3″ of new snow. We’ll take it! Let’s hope this keeps up…
