Misleading article from the Denver Post about CO Ski areas; but also just plain wrong

This entire post at Recreation Law by Jim Moss is fascinating. I certainly learned a thing or two about how ski resorts, forest land, and local jurisdictions all interact together when it comes to accident investigations, deaths on mountains, and so on.
