It’s finally happening: the season’s first snow is here and most of the resorts are ready for you to come to play. Vail opened yesterday to a classy group (the guys who camped out for first chair wore tuxedos) and a huge amount of terrain: 1,175 acres, 80 runs, 11 lifts, which is nearly 22% of the mountain.
