Vail Resorts continues manifest destiny by acquiring Kirkwood Mountain

[Vail Resorts] announced this morning that they have entered into an agreement to acquire the Lake Tahoe resort, making almost eight ski resorts accessed through the Epic, Epic Local, and Tahoe Value passes. As of today, Kirkwood passholders will have access to Heavenly and Northstar California, and Vail Resorts passholders will have access to Kirkwood.
