Groundhog Day 2013: no shadow means early Spring?

Bad news if true for us Colorado snow lovers: Groundhog Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow suggesting spring may be right around the corner. Here’s hoping we actually see a lot more precipitation in the mountains through April!
