New this season, Copper Mountain will install a t-bar lift to replace Storm King and a surface lift at the top of Sierra to get to more terrain.
The Storm King lift has provided access to the Spaulding Bowl, Upper Enchanted Forest and Copper Bowl since 1985. Copper Mountain guests will see a new surface T-Bar lift in its place, providing a substantial upgrade.
Copper Mountain will also be installing the new “West Ridge Platter” surface lift at the top of the Sierra chairlift. The new lift will provide better access to terrain in Union Peak, Union Meadows, West Ridge and Copper Bowl.
