Copper Mountain is a Colorado ski resort located in Summit County, Colorado, 75 miles west of Denver in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. With 2,450 acres of ski and snowboard terrain Copper is perfect for your Colorado winter ski vacation or summer vacation getaway. Copper offers shopping, dining, convenient lodging and family activities, including snow tubing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter, and hiking, biking and rafting in the summer. Copper Mountain operates under permit from the U.S. Forest Service in the White River National Forest.
If you haven’t yet, upgrade your Rocky Mountain Super Pass or Winter Park/Mary Jane and Copper Mountain season passes before September 5, 2011. After that prices may go up. The Super Pass is a great deal at $409 for unrestricted skiing at Winter Park and Copper.
