We did a quick afternoon at Beaver Creek. We knew it was going to be a busy day when we saw the cars start parking on a Highway 6. After a nice lunch from Larkburger and a Wit from Crazy Mountain we headed up.
By the afternoon the snow was already a bit slushy. Temperatures were in the 30s so it was great weather for humans (but not for snow). After some tree runs, which still had powder, at Bachelor Gulch we ended the day on the sunny patio at Mami’s Cabin. The umbrella bar is one of my favorite places to be and on a warm day the picnic tables were welcoming.
