The big snow storm before the weekend started on Wednesday afternoon and didn’t stop until later on Thursday. We waited to go out until after lunch on Wednesday. I figured with snow in the forecast, we might as well ski in it, not before it! Our patience paid off and right around lunch the big […]

My name is Devin Reams and I founded this site to provide a useful news and review resource for Colorado skiers and snowboarders (and mountain enthusiasts).
I've been skiing since I was a little kid (we moved out here when I was five years old) and I plan to ski for years beyond that. Although cosnow is not my full-time job it is my full-time winter hobby. I've been an "Epic Local" passholder since 2006 (when it was called a "Colorado Pass" or "Five Mountain Pass"). My favorite resorts are Beaver Creek and Breckenridge.
An early start to a weekday after a powder day meant quiet, empty groomers and plenty of room to fly down the hill. On Monday we decided to get out early-ish and see what a weekday day after a powder day looked like. It was great! No lines and untouched groomers everywhere. I went out […]

It was great to get back to Copper Mountain and explore what Union Peak has to offer I grew up skiing at Copper Mountain and never spent much time outside of the main base areas and Timberline Express. When we headed up with a friend it was time to explore a bit more and see […]
We explored Winter Park with some friends and had a spring-like day, but with February crowds It was a sunny day at Winter Park and it seems like everyone from Denver decided to join us. The morning crowds at the base were huge so we quickly headed up Zephyr and never stopped moving… Everywhere we […]
